Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointments are very important to us, and the time is reserved specifically for you. We understand that life happens; however, because we respect our staff’s time and are often unable to fill gaps on short notice, we enforce the following policy: Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit or full pre-payment will be forfeited and is non-refundable. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if you provide more than 24 hours' notice. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a fee for rescheduling if it becomes a repeated occurrence. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in the total loss of your payment. Late Arrivals: We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service, and it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation (forfeiting your payment).
